There was a time when I was chasing love, success, and fulfillment in all the wrong places—trying to look like I had it all together while feeling completely lost inside. I left home at sixteen, carried the weight of my parents’ chaos, and spent years searching for something to fill the void. I tried alcohol, relationships, achievement—but nothing worked.

What I needed was a roadmap.
It wasn’t until I surrendered and let God take the lead that things began to shift. I became a Certified Life Coach, a Certified Trainer in Jack Canfield’s Success Principles, and most importantly—I started doing the inner work. I learned to take responsibility, rewrite my story, and live from a place of truth, faith, and freedom.

That healing journey became the foundation of Rise & Shine: A Journey Within, and the work I now do through Trinity Life Coaching.

My Past Professional Life & Certifications
I am a CTA Certified Life Coach (Coach Training Alliance), Certified Canfield Trainer in Success Principles, Mentor and Founder of Trinity Life Coaching.

I carry an associate’s degree in law enforcement, a bachelor’s degree in psychology and I am an ordained minister of Jesus Christ. Through my career in the criminal justice system, I worked with parolees and probationers.

Additionally, I spent ten years in corporate settings and have over seventeen years of experience as an ordained minister. In these roles, I have led cognitive skills groups and spiritual counseling sessions that resulted in effective interventions and extraordinary transformations.

Today, I help purpose-driven men and women break free from what’s been holding them back and align with who they were created to be—with clarity, confidence, and courage.
